Yoga Day

21st September 2009

"Day of Peace Retreat" at Yoga Thailand. The original Mala held on Samui in 2007 coincided with the UN day of peace and in this tradition we have chosen Monday as Yoga day for the Samui Mala this year as well. Yoga Thailand has kindly offered to host this event.

Yoga Thailand was founded by Paul and Jutima Dallaghan in 2003 on the island of Koh Samui. The center has been a location for practice, learning and holiday for literally thousands of guests. Yoga Thailand has a well respected reputation in offering yoga retreats, yoga training, yoga holidays, Pranayama and Meditation, wellness and detox programs, delicious and healthy foodand an atmosphere conducive to both restoration and growth.

Yoga Thailand is on the south side of the island, right on the beach.

For Samui Mala Week 2009, Yoga Thailand is offering the following retreat package:

Yoga Thailand will ask for a 300 baht donation for admission to go towards its Centered Foundation charity project (renovating temples and schools in Samui).  There will be a Thai translator on hand for the sessions.

*Yoga Thailand can only accommodate up to 50 people. Please email to ensure your place.
